1. Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to Users with a verified account, in good standing, resident in a non-Restricted Jurisdiction, and who have not previously been sanctioned for bonus abuse. One bonus per household, IP, device, or payment identifier unless expressly permitted.
2. Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, cash winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the bonus amount has been wagered a specified multiple ('wagering requirement' or 'WR'). Blackjack contributes to the WR at the rate published for each promotion. Wagers made after the WR expiry do not count.
3. Maximum Bet While Bonus Active
Unless otherwise stated, a maximum bet of 5 USDT per hand applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this cap may forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.
4. Excluded Play
Low-risk or opposite-outcome strategies (for example, hedging both sides of a bet with linked accounts, playing predominantly zero-EV strategies to grind the WR) are prohibited and may result in forfeiture and account review.
5. Expiry
Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire in the timeframe stated in the promotion (typically 7 days). Unmet WR at expiry results in forfeiture of bonus balance and any pending bonus-derived winnings.
6. Abuse
The following are Prohibited Conduct and result in forfeiture and, at our discretion, account closure:
- Multi-accounting to redeem duplicate bonuses.
- Collusion or chip-dumping to satisfy WR.
- Depositing solely to claim a bonus and withdrawing without genuine play.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or falsified KYC to appear eligible.
- Any breach of the Terms of Service or Abuse Policy.
7. VIP and Rakeback
VIP tiers are assigned based on lifetime wager, activity, and behavioural signals. Rakeback and cashback are calculated on net rake or net loss over a defined period, credited to your wallet, and subject to a low wagering multiplier disclosed at the time of credit. Tier retention and demotion rules are visible in your VIP dashboard.
8. Withdrawal While Bonus Active
Withdrawing before the WR is complete forfeits the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings; deposit balance is returned less any negative adjustments.
9. Modification and Termination
We may modify or terminate any promotion at any time for compliance, risk, or business reasons. Existing wagers already placed will be honoured on the terms that applied when placed.
