1. Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Attempted underage registration is grounds for immediate closure and forfeiture of winnings; principal deposits will be returned once identity is verified.
2. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not offered to Users resident in, or physically present in, the following jurisdictions (list not exhaustive; updated from time to time):
- United States of America and its territories.
- United Kingdom.
- France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany (except where a specific local licence is in force).
- Australia.
- Singapore.
- Hong Kong SAR.
- Mainland China.
- North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions (comprehensive sanctions).
- Any other country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the UN, EU, UK HMT, or US OFAC.
The Service is also unavailable in any jurisdiction where offering real-money online blackjack or crypto-settled gambling is unlawful without a local licence we do not hold.
3. Geolocation
We enforce jurisdictional restrictions using IP geolocation, KYC address checks, device signals, and payment identifiers. Circumvention using VPNs, proxies, or Tor is a material breach of the Terms and may result in closure and forfeiture.
4. Local Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you reside and where you access it from. TethBet makes no representation that the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.
5. Regulatory Change
Availability may change at any time due to regulatory developments. Where we withdraw from a jurisdiction, we will provide reasonable notice and permit withdrawal of eligible balances subject to KYC/AML checks.
