1. Deposits
- Minimum: 10 USDT.
- Maximum single deposit: 50,000 USDT. Higher amounts require pre-approval by Compliance.
- Deposits are credited automatically after the required confirmation count (see Crypto Payments).
- Deposits from a beneficial owner other than the account holder are prohibited.
2. Withdrawals
- Minimum: 20 USDT.
- Maximum daily: 100,000 USDT (subject to available treasury liquidity and risk review).
- First withdrawal requires completed KYC.
- Withdrawals must return to a wallet controlled by the same beneficial owner as the depositor.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; most are released within 30 minutes after risk checks.
3. Fees
Deposit fees: none (you pay only network gas). Withdrawal fees: a nominal service fee plus the actual network fee, shown in-app before you confirm the withdrawal. Fees change based on network conditions.
4. Cooldowns and Reversals
Withdrawals are subject to a 60-second cancellation window during which you can cancel and return funds to your wallet. After that window, withdrawals become irreversible. Deposits are irreversible once confirmed on chain.
5. Custody Model
- Hot wallet — small operational float sufficient to cover routine withdrawals, held in a security-hardened wallet with automated exposure limits.
- Warm wallet — mid-tier reserve, multi-signature (m-of-n), released only via approved reconciliation jobs.
- Cold wallet — long-term reserve, air-gapped hardware, multi-signature, geographically distributed key holders, tamper-evident storage.
6. Reconciliation
Daily ledger snapshots reconcile on-chain balances with internal player liabilities. Drift alerts trigger investigation and, if necessary, halt of deposits or withdrawals pending remediation. Reconciliation reports are retained for at least 5 years.
7. Sweep Proposals
Movement of funds between hot, warm, and cold tiers requires a signed sweep proposal reviewed by at least two authorised officers. Single-officer transfers above defined thresholds are technically prevented.
8. Insurance and Segregation
Player USDT is segregated from operating funds by treasury policy. TethBet does not commingle player balances with company treasury. Where insurance for custodial risk is available in our jurisdiction, we maintain coverage appropriate to the size of the treasury.
9. Business Continuity
Cold-storage key material is protected by an inheritance and continuity plan that ensures player funds can be recovered in the event of the incapacity or unavailability of individual key holders.
