Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a legally binding agreement between you (the 'User', 'Player', 'you') and TethBet ('TethBet', 'we', 'us', 'our'), governing all access to and use of the TethBet website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the 'Service'), including play-money Demo modes and USDT-settled Blackjack.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Fair Play Policy, and every other policy linked from the Legal Center, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  3. You must not be a resident of, physically present in, or accessing the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction. See Age & Restricted Jurisdictions.
  4. You must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), sanctioned individual, or included on any consolidated sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU, HMT, or equivalent).
  5. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of TethBet with access to non-public game data.

Providing false information regarding eligibility is a material breach and grounds for termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must register one (1) personal account using accurate, current, and complete information. Duplicate, corporate, shared, or nominee accounts are prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, two-factor authentication devices, session tokens, recovery phrases, and any private keys used to interact with the Service. All activity conducted through your account is deemed conducted by you. Notify us immediately at security@tethbet.com of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Play Modes

4.1 Demo Mode

Demo mode uses virtual chips with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, prizes, or other consideration. Demo balances are stored locally on your device and are entirely isolated from any real-money ledger.

4.2 Real-Money Mode

Real-money play is settled in Tether (USDT) on supported blockchain networks. Rounds are dealt by our server-authoritative game engine and recorded to an immutable ledger. See Fair Play & Provably Fair.

5. Wagering and Settlement

  1. All wagers become final and irrevocable the moment they are accepted by the server.
  2. Game outcomes are determined by a provably fair engine using HMAC-SHA256 over a committed server seed and a player-influenced client seed.
  3. Payouts are credited to your wallet automatically upon settlement.
  4. We reserve the right to void any round or hand affected by verifiable malfunction, latency exploitation, collusion, third-party interference, or a bug in the Service, and to reverse the associated ledger entries.
  5. In the event of a discrepancy between client-side display and server-side records, the server-side ledger prevails.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals and Fees

Deposits and withdrawals are handled exclusively in USDT on the networks listed in Crypto / USDT Payments. Confirmations, limits, cooldowns, custody, and fees are described in Deposit, Withdrawal & Treasury. You bear all network (gas) fees. TethBet is not a money transmitter or exchange and does not offer fiat on/off ramps.

7. AML, CFT and KYC

You agree to comply with our Anti-Money-Laundering and Know-Your-Customer programs and to promptly provide identity, address, source-of-funds, and source-of-wealth documentation upon request. We may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending completion of enhanced due diligence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • Use bots, scripts, macros, automated tools, or non-human means to play.
  • Collude, chip-dump, soft-play, or coordinate outcomes with other players.
  • Exploit software bugs, network latency, race conditions, or unintended engine behavior.
  • Engage in money laundering, structuring, layering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or transaction fragmenting.
  • Abuse bonuses, promotions, referrals, or VIP benefits (see Bonus Terms).
  • Access the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction or through a VPN, proxy, Tor exit, or other tool designed to conceal your true location.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, servers, or engine.
  • Register or use another person's identity, deposit funds you do not lawfully own, or transact on behalf of an undisclosed third party.

9. Suspension, Termination and Forfeiture

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account, freeze pending deposits or withdrawals, and reverse ledger entries where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or Prohibited Conduct, presented an unmanageable regulatory risk, or been the subject of a competent order. Where funds are proven to be derived from Prohibited Conduct, they may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. See Account Suspension & Abuse.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, engine logic, artwork, sound, trademarks, and content, is owned by TethBet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial gameplay. All other rights are reserved.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of any messages, chat, or content you submit. You grant TethBet a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, display, moderate, and retain such content for the purpose of operating the Service, enforcing these Terms, complying with law, and preventing abuse.

12. Responsible Gaming

Gambling can be addictive. Read and use the tools set out in Responsible Gaming: deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, reality checks, time-outs, and self-exclusion. Never play with funds you cannot afford to lose.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GAMBLING INVOLVES RISK OF LOSS. TethBet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Blockchain networks are third-party infrastructure and may experience congestion, forks, reorgs, or outages beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TethBet, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the balance in your TethBet wallet at the time of the event giving rise to the claim, and in any event will not exceed 10,000 USDT.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold TethBet harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any right of a third party.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, pandemics, labour disputes, internet or blockchain outages, denial-of-service attacks, or third-party custodian failures.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app with at least 14 days' notice, except where a shorter period is required by law or to address a security or regulatory risk. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service and may withdraw eligible balances subject to our KYC/AML checks.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws set out in Disputes & Governing Law, which also contains the mandatory binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver.

19. Severability, Assignment and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely, including in a merger or sale. These Terms, together with the incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and TethBet and supersede all prior agreements on the subject matter.
